We guarantee the design and manufacture of all beanbag products against reasonable wear and tear for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase (excludes bean filling).
For pet bed products there is a one month guarantee due the nature of the product.
Please note this guarantee does not cover abuse or misuse of the product nor does it cover intentional or unintentional destruction. Beanbags from Comfy Creations all contain Fire Retardant EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) Virgin Beads. The polystyrene beans will flatten (depending on usage) and topping up your beanbag may be necessary. Bean bag filling is available on our site for you to purchase.
If a product is returned due to it having a manufacturing fault within the one year period, this will be inspected thoroughly and if the fault is deemed to be a manufacturing fault then the product will be repaired or if within three months of purchase and unrepairable then a replacement will be given for the SAME product.
*Exclusions: All clearance items are exempt from our standard 1 year guarantee. Any of our products bought for commercial reasons are also exempt from our 1 year guarantee but are limited to a 1 months guarantee as are our pet beds due to the nature of the products.
